Running a utility server is the hard part
Why we think networks shouldn't have to build an operations team for a single system.
Most conversations about CSIP-AUS focus on the standard: which function sets, which operating modes, which version. That work matters, and it is well understood.
What gets less attention is everything that comes after go-live. A utility server stays in service for as long as the fleet it serves, and that fleet lives for a decade or more. Over that time it will see new device models, new programmes, regulatory change and steady growth, and it has to keep working through the busiest days of the year.
That is why we started Corvane. Networks shouldn’t have to build a specialist operations team for a single, critical system. We would rather they spent their time on the programme itself: the customers, the envelopes and the outcomes for the network.
