How we prepare the service, and our clients, for the high-solar months.
Spring is when rooftop solar output starts to climb, and the middle of the day becomes the busiest time for operating envelopes. It is the season a utility server is built for.
We use the quieter months beforehand to get ready. That means reviewing capacity with each client, making sure anything due for renewal is renewed well ahead of time, and agreeing with each network how changes will be handled over the peak period.
We also plan cover for the holidays, so clients can reach someone who knows their service whenever they need to.
